This Privacy Policy explains how St. John's Properties (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Felix Oyeleke, REALTOR at eXp Realty, collects, uses, and protects information you provide through this website, including our home valuation and contact forms.
When you use a form (such as a home valuation request, contact, listing alert sign-up, or viewing request), we collect the information you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, and property address. If you enter your contact details into a form but do not complete or submit it, we may still record what you entered so we can follow up personally about your inquiry; where we do, it is clearly marked as an incomplete enquiry, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
We also automatically collect usage data — the pages you view, device and browser information, and similar analytics — using cookies and third-party tools including Google Analytics, CREA listing-view analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Microsoft Clarity (which may record session behaviour such as clicks, scrolls, and mouse movement to help us understand how the site is used), and our CRM’s tracking, which help us measure and improve our advertising. For the Newfoundland homebuyer report at /nlhbp, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, and submitted homebuying answers to deliver your requested report and manage your inquiry in our database and BoldTrail CRM. Answers are submitted only when you finish the questionnaire. Internal readiness scores help prioritize follow-up; they do not determine financial or NLHC program eligibility. We record campaign attribution and your consent choice, wording, and timestamp. Report access and its delivery email do not require marketing consent. The separate marketing checkbox is optional and starts unchecked. Use the unsubscribe link in your report email or contact us to withdraw report campaign marketing permission. Anonymous campaign events are retained for up to 90 days. Contact details and questionnaire answers are not included in campaign analytics or advertising events.
